Sarah is recognized for her ability to blend advanced medical treatments with a holistic, patient-centered approach, focusing on addressing root causes rather than symptoms alone. She plays an integral role in supporting comprehensive care models that emphasize mobility, recovery, and preventative wellness, helping patients achieve long-term vitality without reliance on invasive procedures or long-term medication use. Her philosophy is centered on empowering patients to feel their best, move with confidence, and live healthier, more active lives at every stage.
Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through running, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and two children, reflecting her personal commitment to the same health and wellness principles she brings to her patients every day.
